Opening a new account
Welcome to the Dynasty Banking experience. The guide will help you open a new account and set up your User login to view and modify the account.
To start, make a User login. I suggest you do not use your Character Name, but it is up to you. I also highly suggest you enter your email address. This way if you forget your password or User login, you can recover it without waiting for Iknota to evemail you back.
Next you must open an ISK account with us. To do this, send ISK to either Iknota or Manalapan. You can send anywhere from 0.01 ISK to 500 Million ISK. If you are a little worried about Dynasty Banking, or want to see how everything works without sending too much ISK out, I highly recomend sending just a little bit of ISK at first.
Opening a corporate account is similar. Instead of "send money", choose "transfer corp cash" near the bottom and a corporate account will be made.
You will typically recive your account information (I'll explain it shortly) in 6 hours or less. However, the tellers are human and need sleep, so it may take longer (up to 48 hours). If you do not hear from us, check to see if your CSPA charge is too high. We will typically send the message as long as your CSPA is less than 10,000 ISK, but we are not going to waste 100 Million ISK for a message. The easiest way to avoid this is to add both tellers (Iknota and Manalapan) to your address book. (If you have no idea what the CSPA is, don't worry, you will get your message.)
Once you get your evemail, you are ready to link your account to your User login. If it is a personal account, click here. If it is a corporate account, click here.
